When detecting PCBs with hollow patterns, conventional photoelectric sensors may allow light to penetrate through the board, resulting in unstable detection signals or missed readings. However, the SENPUM PH2-V series specialized line beam sensors project a rectangular light pattern that fully covers the detection area. They provide stable output signals as long as the beam contacts any part of the PCB surface. These sensors also perform reliably on PCBs with complex color variations or uneven soldered surfaces.
